Cedar Suspension Polaris Xpedition 72" Mid Travel Suspension Kit
Take your Polaris Xpedition beyond stock with a wider, stronger, and more capable suspension platform. The 72" Mid-Travel Suspension Kit increases stability and off-road capability while retaining a direct bolt-on design.
This SDi-configured kit features raw, unfinished Cedar Suspension arms and allows you to build the suspension around your vehicle and performance goals. Axles, tie rods, shocks, and ball joints are not included.
Complete your setup with optional SDi Mid-Travel Heavy Duty Tie Rods, and an SDI Spring Kit or E-CLIK Shocks for a fully integrated high-performance suspension package.
Fits all Polaris Xpedition models.

The Polaris Xpedition is already a capable platform. The 72" Mid-Travel Suspension Kit takes it further with a wider suspension footprint designed to increase stability and create a stronger foundation for aggressive off-road driving.
Engineered suspension geometry and revised shock mounting allow the suspension and shock package to work together across changing terrain while maintaining predictable steering and handling.

Premium Steel Construction
Laser-cut specialty steel is used throughout the suspension structure with machined 4130 chromoly components used in critical areas.
TIG Welded in the USA
Suspension components are hand TIG welded in the USA with reinforcement at critical stress points for strength and durability.
Grooved Delrin Bushings
Durable Delrin suspension bushings feature integrated grease grooves designed to distribute lubrication for smooth operation and long-term durability.
Greaseable A-Arms
Pre-installed grease fittings simplify routine suspension maintenance and servicing.
Raw Finish
Suspension arms are supplied raw and unfinished, allowing you to apply the coating or finish that best matches your Xpedition build.
