FastUTV ships high-quality UTV parts, accessories, and apparel across the United States. Our goal is to process orders quickly and deliver products in the safest and most efficient way possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders typically process within 1–7 busines business days.

  • Custom, special-order, or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options including:

  • Standard Ground

  • Expedited

  • Express

Delivery times are determined by the carrier and checkout selection. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight

  • Dimensions

  • Destination

  • Shipping speed selected

Certain oversize or heavy-duty items may incur additional freight fees.

4. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, FastUTV ships within the United States only.

5. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If a product becomes unavailable:

  • We will notify you by email

  • You may choose to wait, substitute, or receive a refund

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
FastUTV is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost shipments due to customer error

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost/stolen after delivery:

We will assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement until the investigation is completed.

8. Freight Shipments (Large or Heavy Items)

Some items may ship via freight. Customers must:

  • Inspect items before signing delivery

  • Report visible damage immediately

  • Note all discrepancies on the delivery receipt

Failure to document damages may impact claim approval.
