FastUTV ECU flash tuning for all 2020–present Polaris RZR Pro XP and Pro XP 4 models. Two- and four-seat calibrations are matched to your model year, ECU, intended fuel and supporting hardware. Provide your trim, VIN, ECU details and modifications when arranging tuning.

Standard tuning — $799 USD: tuning for the selected calibration, required licensing, RTD4 tuning interface and Polaris adapter cable.
Big-injector tuning — $1,499 USD: the tuning package, licensing, RTD4 interface, Polaris adapter cable and big injectors matched to the selected stage.

Matching wastegate actuator — $299 USD: purchased separately for builds that require it. Contact FastUTV to order the actuator matched to your vehicle and stage.

Stage, Fuel and Power References

Choose a stock-injector gasoline stage or a 1300cc-injector stage matched to the fuel below. Gasoline and E85 calibrations are separate choices.

EVP published Pro XP reference configurations, verified October 6, 2026. Figures describe the source test configurations; each vehicle’s results depend on its ECU, build and fuel.

Hardware and Fuel Requirements

Stock Stage 3-93 and Stage 3-96: plugs gapped to 0.018 inch or suitable pregapped plugs.
All 1300cc-injector stages: two 1300cc injectors, matching wastegate actuator, upgraded BOV or BRV, charge tubes, high-flow exhaust, clutching, gapped plugs, EVP V-Flow intake and World’s Best Belt. The matching actuator is purchased separately for $299.

Run the fuel specified for your stage. The E85 configuration requires tested fuel with 80–90% ethanol.
