This Force Turbos system is specified for the 2018–2022 Polaris RZR RS1. The package pairs a Garrett 2860RS ball-bearing turbo with a wastegate configured at 7 psi and a water-to-air intercooler system. The cooling equipment includes a pump and heat exchanger.
Included engine-management equipment consists of a Dynojet Power Vision 3 with base map and a wideband controller. The hardware package also contains larger injectors, aluminum charge and intake tubes, a Turbosmart blowoff valve, silicone couplers, stainless exhaust, turbo blanket, oil and coolant lines, and installation fittings and clamps.
The instructions call for 91-octane fuel or higher and sending the Dynojet vehicle-information screen to Force Turbos for a matching calibration. Higher boost or E85 requires additional injector, fuel-system and engine preparation beyond the standard configuration. Waterproof pump upgrade is required for deep-water/deep-mud use and sold separately. Confirm the complete setup before installation. For off-road use only.
