This Force Turbos system is listed for the 2024 Polaris Xpedition ADV, ADV 5, XP and XP 5, with manufacturer confirmation also provided for 2025 applications. Choose the offered Chrome or Black configuration. The package uses a water-cooled Garrett 2860 turbo and an adjustable Turbosmart wastegate configured at 5 psi.
Included equipment comprises Force Turbos ECU hard-flash tuning, a 3-bar MAP sensor, ID1000 injector equipment, wiring harness, aluminum charge tube, silicone connections, stainless exhaust with spark arrestor, oil and coolant lines, hard oil drain, scavenge pump and installation hardware. The system retains the OEM airbox and filter.
The manufacturer specifies 91-octane gasoline. Clutch arms and primary spring changes are needed to control the added power and are separate from the listed turbo components. Waterproof pump upgrade is required for deep-water/deep-mud use and sold separately. Match calibration and installation to your vehicle. For off-road use only.
