Why We Make It
When you upgrade your Polaris RZR RS1 with a big lift, bigger tires, and some extra gear, your frame will start to buckle with every bump and bounce. That’s why you need SuperATV’s frame stiffener. It adds much needed reinforcement to your frame so it doesn’t bend with all the extra weight.

With a frame stiffener installed, you can go as big as you want. Get a portal gear lift, monster tires, and whatever else you need and hit the trails and mud holes as hard as you want. With a SuperATV frame support — made of 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel plating — everything will stay ridged and aligned. Your RS1 won’t just be a massive lawn ornament that’s too fragile to take around the block — your UTV will be the ultimate trail monster.

NOTE: When running the Polaris RZR RS1 Frame Stiffener / Gusset Kit with the Polaris RZR RS1 Full Skid Plate, the frame stiffener will replace the front section of the skid plate.
