Force Turbos combines a turbo system and standalone engine management for the 2022–2024 Polaris RZR Pro R and Pro R 4. The package uses a water-cooled Garrett G30-770 turbo, a stainless header and 3-inch turbo-back exhaust. Its water-to-air charge cooling includes a circulation pump, heat exchanger and fan.
The included ProTuner Pro70w ECU is accompanied by input and output harnesses, pressure sensors, a boost-control solenoid, regulated-return fuel hardware, flex-fuel sensor equipment, CAN cable and Bluetooth logger. Additional components include the Turbosmart external wastegate and blowoff valve, aluminum intake and charge piping, catch can, oil and coolant lines, fittings and mounting hardware.
The manufacturer describes operation from 91-octane gasoline to E85 through the flex-fuel system. Match calibration, fuel delivery, engine condition and muffler configuration to the completed build. Higher power requires supporting engine upgrades. For off-road use only.
