Emtron Yamaha YXZ1000R plug-in ECU, part number 1609-252426. This listing includes the ECU. FastUTV is an Emtron dealer and certified tuning facility in Corona, California. Choose the ECU alone or add calibration matched to your build.

ECU and Optional Tuning

ECU: $2,890.00 USD. Tuning is an addition to the ECU price:

Single-fuel tuning: add $599 USD.
Supercharged tuning: add $799 USD.
Turbo / boost-control tuning: add $899 USD.
Flex-fuel tuning: add another $199 USD to the selected tuning option.

The purchase price shown for an ECU-and-tuning option includes the ECU and the selected calibration. Required sensors, fuel-system components, installation and dyno arrangements are confirmed separately with FastUTV. The flex-fuel addition is calibration; it does not include a flex-fuel sensor or other supporting hardware.

Emtron Plug-In Engine Management

The SL-series-based controller plugs into the factory connector system without cutting or splicing the factory harness. It has a waterproof billet-aluminum enclosure, Ethernet communication, OEM CAN integration and CAN expansion. Boost and drive-by-wire control are supported with suitable hardware and configuration. Knock control requires a knock sensor. Emtron's fuel-model upgrade requires a flex meter plus fuel-temperature and pressure sensors.

Model Year and Transmission Review

Emtron explicitly lists 2016–2019 mechanical-shift and paddle-shift models. FastUTV accepts tuning inquiries for 2016–present YXZ1000R builds. For later models, ECU, wiring and transmission compatibility must be confirmed before purchase; this listing does not establish that the same plug-in ECU fits every year.

Build Details and Fuel Choice

Provide your exact year and trim, transmission, current ECU, engine and exhaust changes, injector and fuel-system details, and turbocharger or supercharger setup. Choose gasoline-only, E85-only or a supported flex-fuel configuration with FastUTV. Gasoline-only and E85-only calibrations are separate choices, and supporting hardware must match the selected calibration.
