Emtron Engine Management

Emtron’s YXZ1000R controller, part number 1609-252426, uses its SL-series platform in a waterproof billet-aluminum enclosure. Features include Ethernet communication, OEM CAN integration and CAN expansion. It supports boost and drive-by-wire control with suitable hardware and configuration. Knock control requires a knock sensor. Fuel-model upgrades require additional fuel sensing hardware.

Model Year and Transmission Review

FastUTV’s tuning service covers inquiries for 2016–present YXZ1000R models. Emtron’s published plug-in ECU fitment explicitly identifies 2016–2019 mechanical-shift and paddle-shift models. ECU, wiring and transmission compatibility for later years must be confirmed before an order is accepted; this listing does not promise that the same plug-in ECU fits every model year.

Your Build, Your Calibration

Provide your exact year and trim, mechanical or paddle-shift transmission, existing ECU, engine and exhaust changes, injector and fuel-system details, and any turbocharger or supercharger setup. Specify gasoline-only, E85-only or a proposed flex-fuel build. Fuel choices and supporting hardware must match the final calibration.

Tuning Options and Pricing

• Single-fuel tuning: $599.
• Supercharged tuning: $799.
• Turbo / boost-control tuning: $899.
• Optional flex-fuel tuning: add $199 to your selected tuning option.

Prices are USD for tuning services. ECU hardware and required sensors, wiring or supporting components are separate. Installation and dyno arrangements are confirmed with FastUTV before service. A flex-fuel calibration requires compatible ethanol-content sensing and suitable fuel-system hardware.
