Turbo S two-seat and four-seat applications must be checked separately. Do not substitute XP Turbo or Turbo R fitment based on the shared Turbo name.

ECU & tuning
Choose the ECU approach and fuel first. Compare what each package includes, then match calibration to the hardware already on your build.
Engine components
Plan the scope before choosing internals: repair, stock-style refresh or a modified engine. Keep machining, assembly and calibration requirements in the same conversation.
Intake & airflow
Start with the installed airbox, turbo inlet or throttle-body connection. Compare dimensions, filter access and the rest of the intake path before choosing a component.
Exhaust
Compare the complete exhaust path, not just the outlet. Identify existing headers or turbo connection, sensor provisions and the calibration requirements of the selected system.
Fuel system
Choose the intended fuel and calibration before pumps, injectors or plumbing. Review the selected component’s fuel compatibility, capacity and installation requirements.
Cooling
Work from the system you need to service: engine coolant, charge air or another circuit. Compare connection points, dimensions and installation space.
Suspension
Record current shocks, springs, arms and electronic controls. Match the project to tire size, passengers, cargo and terrain before choosing the next component.
Wheels & wheel packages
Compare bolt pattern, diameter, width and offset together. Confirm brake clearance and whether a listing includes wheels only or a complete wheel-and-tire package.
Tires
Choose around terrain and intended use, then check size, wheel compatibility and vehicle clearance. Review front/rear positions and whether the price is per tire or package.
Clutch & drivetrain
Begin with the actual transmission and drive system. Record tire size, engine changes and existing clutch components before comparing belts, clutch parts or driveline hardware.
Brakes
Identify the current calipers, rotors and wheel clearance. Compare replacement dimensions and hardware so the service plan includes the parts the selected job requires.
Lighting
Plan where the light mounts, where the wiring runs and how it is switched. Compare beam pattern, mounting dimensions and the electrical requirements in each listing.
Body & protection
Start with the exact body and seating layout. Compare coverage, mounting points and access for service before choosing panels, guards or protection pieces.
Steering & interior
Plan around the driver’s position and existing equipment. Check mounting interfaces, control clearance and what must stay accessible in the cockpit.
Audio & communications
Decide who needs to hear and communicate, then plan mounts, power and cable routing. Check the exact components included in a kit before adding accessories.
Make the wide stance part of the plan
- Confirm suspension trim and any electronic controls before comparing shocks, springs or associated components.
- Choose wheels and tires with an understanding of current offset, clearance and suspension modifications.
- For engine management, record the actual turbo, fuel hardware and chosen fuel before selecting the tuning package.
Before choosing parts
Why is Turbo S separate from XP Turbo?
The 2018 manufacturer references describe a 72-inch Turbo S platform versus the 64-inch XP Turbo. Exact part fitment remains product-specific.
Does a four-seat listing cover my two-seat Turbo S?
Only if it explicitly says so. Seating configuration can affect body, protection and chassis-related parts.
