UTV repair and service
Have a running concern, damaged vehicle or parts that need replacing? Send your year, make, model, trim, current modifications and a description of the problem. Tell us whether the vehicle runs and whether transport is needed. We will review the work with you and confirm the inspection, repair scope, parts and labor before you authorize it.
For collision or incident damage, see UTV repair and insurance claim inquiries. Your insurer determines coverage and claim authorization.
Performance parts and installation
Plan upgrades around your riding conditions, tire size, fuel and existing hardware. Start with engine performance parts, clutches and CVT components, performance exhaust, suspension parts or brakes. Confirm the exact application and installation requirements with our team; collection names do not guarantee fitment.
For work spanning several systems, use Make It Fast and My Garage to organize your vehicle, goals and parts plan. Discuss custom engine builds, powder coating and graphics, wraps and decals as part of the project.
ECU tuning and hub dyno appointments
Compare FastUTV aRacer ECU packages and the ECU tuning guide, or book hub dyno testing and factory or standalone ECU tuning for your current setup.
Dyno testing is $350 for one hour. Standard tuning appointments include one hour of dyno time; boost tuning includes two. The booking page separates tuning labor, dyno time and optional equipment so you can select the service you need and pay in advance. Appointments start Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m., Pacific time.
What should I send before arranging service?
- Vehicle year, make, model and trim
- Current engine, turbo, fuel-system and ECU configuration
- Fuel used, tire size, riding conditions and performance goals
- Parts you have or plan to buy, running concerns and known damage
Ask how to share photos or diagnostic information. Confirm availability, the estimate and any parts requirements before drop-off. Buying a product or saving a Garage plan does not reserve service time; dyno reservations are made through the booking page.
