Shipping availability and charges

FastUTV ships non-fuel physical products throughout the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). Some products also have options for other U.S. destinations when checkout offers a rate. Racing fuel is not shipped by parcel carrier.

Available delivery methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your products and delivery address. Carrier restrictions can apply to certain address types. Product-specific flat rates, supplier-specific offers, and oversize or freight requirements may apply. There is no storewide free-shipping offer.

Free-shipping offers apply only to eligible products, order amounts, and destinations shown at checkout. An offer for one supplier does not make products from other suppliers ship free. Orders containing products from different shipping groups may have combined charges and arrive separately.

Most supplier shipping offers are limited to the contiguous United States. Contact FastUTV before ordering if checkout does not offer a delivery method for your address or if you need an oversize or freight quotation. Do not assume that Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are included in a lower-48 shipping offer.

Processing and supplier fulfillment

Orders typically process within 1-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Custom, configured, special-order, and backordered products can take longer; contact FastUTV for a current estimate before making time-sensitive plans.

Some products ship directly from the supplier. Being available to order does not mean an item is physically stocked at our Corona location. Supplier stock and lead times can change. If an ordered item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you about the available options. Do not schedule installation or travel based only on an estimated delivery or pickup date.

If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait, substitute, or receive a refund.

Local pickup

When pickup is offered, collect your order at 160 Vander Street, STE C, Corona, CA 92878, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; we are closed on weekends. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before traveling. Immediate-pickup eligibility is limited to the FastUTV aRacer ECU and Ignite fuel offerings identified at checkout; it is not a promise that every configuration is ready before confirmation. Other supplier-sourced pickup orders require fulfillment first.

Ignite Racing Fuel: no parcel shipping

We do not ship fuel by parcel carrier. Purchase Ignite Racing Fuel online and wait for pickup confirmation before collecting it at our Corona location Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Fuel orders must not be combined with a request for parcel shipment.

Product-specific restrictions

Racing fuel is not available for parcel shipment. Non-fuel physical products are offered for shipment to the contiguous United States. Digital entitlements do not require physical shipping.

Tracking, delivery issues, and returns

Once an order ships, tracking information is emailed when available. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FastUTV is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or lost shipments due to customer error.

Report damaged, lost, or stolen packages within 72 hours, and send details through our contact form. Our team will explain how to provide photographs. Retain the packaging. We will assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement until the investigation is completed.

For freight shipments, inspect items before signing delivery, report visible damage immediately, and note discrepancies on the delivery receipt. Failure to document damage may affect claim approval.

See our refund policy for return terms.
