Refund policy

Non-defective items
For an item you no longer want, request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in the condition you received it, with any tags and original packaging. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase. The exclusions below apply to non-defective items.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
We accept returns of defective products, items damaged on arrival, and items sent in error. Please contact us as soon as you discover the issue and request a return within 30 days after delivery. An item is not ineligible just because you opened it, used it to discover the defect, or no longer have its original packaging. We will review the issue and provide return instructions. No restocking fee applies to a confirmed defect, arrival damage, or incorrect item. If a warranty or applicable law gives you rights beyond this 30-day period, those rights still apply.

How to start a return
Contact us through our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending an item. Approved mailed returns go to FastUTV, 160 Vander St, Suite C, Corona, CA 92878. Items sent without requesting a return first may not be accepted.

Return shipping and restocking fee
Customers pay the actual return shipping cost on every return, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items, except where applicable law or a product warranty requires otherwise. You may buy a tracked return label from a carrier or request a label from FastUTV. If we provide a label, we will tell you its actual cost before issuing it and deduct that cost from your refund. The cost varies with the item, package, and shipping address; we do not charge a flat return-shipping fee. Eligible returns of non-defective items from orders placed on or after October 7, 2026, also have a 10% restocking fee, calculated on the price paid for each returned item before tax and shipping and deducted from the refund. No restocking fee applies to a confirmed defect, arrival damage, or incorrect item.

Items with special limits
Non-defective fuels, other hazardous or flammable products, custom or special-order products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products in these categories are still eligible for a return or an appropriate remedy. Do not ship fuel or another hazardous item until we give you safe, lawful return instructions; we may arrange another return method or remedy when shipping is not permitted.

Exchanges
If you want a different item, request a return for the original item. After it is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cancellation right
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Applicable consumer rights and rules on return costs take precedence over any conflicting term above.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return-shipping cost and restocking fee disclosed above. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the return, contact us through our contact form.
