FastUTV Polaris RZR Turbo Tuning (2016–2021)

FastUTV ECU flash tuning for Polaris RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo (2016–2021), Turbo S (2018–2021) and Turbo S 4 (2019–2021), covering all applicable trims. Match your calibration to the exact vehicle, fuel and supporting hardware. The 2016 144HP XP Turbo uses its own calibration family; later XP Turbo / Turbo S builds are separated by their OEM Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) configuration.

Package Contents

• Standard tuning — $799 USD: tuning for the selected calibration, required licensing, RTD4 tuning interface and Polaris adapter cable.
• Big-injector tuning — $1,499 USD: the tuning package, licensing, RTD4 interface, Polaris adapter cable and big injectors matched to the selected stage.

Matching wastegate actuator — $299 USD: purchased separately for builds that require it. Contact FastUTV to order the actuator matched to your vehicle and stage.

Choose Your Vehicle Configuration

• 2016 RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo 144HP: stock-injector Stage 1–3.
• 2017–2021 XP Turbo / XP 4 Turbo; 2018–2021 Turbo S; 2019–2021 Turbo S 4 without FPCM: stock-injector Stage 2–4 or 1300cc-injector Stage 2–5.
• 2019–2021 XP Turbo / Turbo S with FPCM: stock-injector or 1300cc-injector Stage 2–5.

Provide your year, model, trim, ECU, injector size and modifications. Check FPCM equipment directly: the factory module is the silver finned unit behind the driver’s seat.

Fuel and Hardware

Choose gasoline or E85 calibration and use the fuel listed for the selected stage. Stock-injector E85 tuning is listed only for the FPCM configuration shown below.

Later stock-injector Stage 3 and above require plugs gapped to 0.018 inch. The 1300cc-injector stages require a matching wastegate actuator plus appropriate BOV/BRV, charge tubes, high-flow exhaust, clutching, gapped plugs, intake components and belt. The actuator is a separate $299 purchase. For 2016 Stage 2/3, confirm the high-flow muffler configuration before tuning.
