Fast UTV aRacer Custom Big Turbo ECU Tuning - Can-Am Maverick X3
Built for supported 2021+ Can-Am Maverick X3 big-turbo applications, including Turbo RR/intercooled models and 2023+ 135 HP non-intercooled models, this complete Fast UTV package replaces the locked factory Bosch MG1 ECU with an aRacer stand-alone ECU. Calibration is developed for the customer's existing turbo system, exact X3 configuration, selected fuel, and requested power target.
$3,369 includes the aRacer ECU, aRacer AF3 wideband module, and custom tuning for one fuel strategy.
Fitment review: Model year, factory power configuration, intercooler configuration, and installed turbo hardware must be confirmed before tuning.

The included aRacer AF3 wideband AFR module provides the air/fuel feedback required for accurate custom calibration, monitoring, and logging.
Custom tuning scope

Three selectable boost levels are included in the custom calibration for the selected fuel strategy.
- Live tuning and full remote tuning access when needed.
- Tuning effort for the submitted configuration up to the installed turbo system's practical maximum or the customer's requested power limit.
- Calibration is developed around the turbo, wastegate, injectors, fuel system, engine modifications, selected fuel, and requested limit reported with the order.
Dyno time is not included. Any shop, travel, dyno rental, operator, or facility charges are separate.
Highly recommended: aRacer iMode 5
Add the aRacer iMode 5 Controller at its full retail price of $399. It is not included in the $3,369 package, but is strongly recommended for a custom big-turbo build. The iMode 5 can serve as a boost gauge, display vital engine data, and provide convenient on-the-fly access to supported tuning functions and map changes.
What is not included
- Dyno time or dyno-facility charges
- The turbo kit or turbo-system installation
- Additional sensors beyond the included AF3 wideband package
- Fuel injectors, fuel pump, regulator, rails, lines, or other fuel-system hardware
- Engine, turbo, or fuel-system mechanical work
Build requirements
This package is designed to tune your present, installed big-turbo system. The vehicle must be mechanically sound, and its injectors and fuel system must support the requested fuel and power level. Exact year, model, turbo, wastegate, injector size, fuel-pump setup, engine modifications, selected fuel, and requested power limit must be supplied for review. Fast UTV will confirm application and tuning readiness before calibration.
Performance note: Final output depends on the complete vehicle combination, fuel quality, mechanical condition, turbo and fuel-system capability, elevation, weather, and test method. No fixed wheel-horsepower result is promised for a custom build.
