The Force Turbos XPBT package is a larger-turbo system for 2016–2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo models. Confirm the exact application for a Turbo S or Turbo S 4 before ordering. The standard configuration uses a Garrett 2860RS turbo and an external wastegate set at 15 psi.
Included parts comprise a stainless header and V-band turbine housing, Dynojet Power Vision 3 with base map, wideband controller, larger injectors, aluminum charge and intake tubes, Turbosmart blowoff valve, silicone connections, coolant lines and installation hardware. The 3-inch exhaust pipe and flex bellows are included; muffler and clutching are separate.
At 15 psi, the manufacturer specifies 91-octane non-ethanol gasoline. Higher boost or extreme operating conditions require 110 race fuel and a matching setup. Final calibration should suit the vehicle and hardware. For off-road use only.
