This Force Turbos pump-fuel system is listed for the 2019–2022 Maverick Sport 1000 and 2019–2024 Maverick Sport 1000R and Max 1000R. The published base configuration operates at 5 psi. Match the exact engine, model year and ECU to the package before installation.
The supplied equipment includes turbo-system components, a fuel controller with base map and a wideband controller. Five Can-Am support parts must be purchased separately: bolt 207684044, spacer 707601969, rubber mount 707602102, nut 234082410 and muffler support 707601588. These mounting pieces are required in addition to the turbo package.
The manufacturer states an injector change is unnecessary at the base setup, while operation above 7 psi needs different injector planning. Clutch changes may suit increased performance goals. Pair the Dynojet controller and submit its details and original ECU file to Force Turbos for the vehicle-specific base tune. Supporting modifications and installation are separate.
