This Force Turbos product is a turbocharger upgrade for 2020–2024 Polaris RZR Pro XP and Pro XP 4, and 2022–2024 Turbo R and Turbo R 4. It supplies the turbo and manifold assembly with an adjustable aftermarket wastegate containing a 5 psi spring. The spring rating is not a complete operating-boost or tuning specification.
The water-cooled center section is paired with a 41 mm cast compressor wheel and 54 mm turbine wheel. Installation requires a 2-inch cold-air intake and a Dynojet fuel controller, supplied separately. The turbo is designed for the O-ring style oil drain associated with Polaris part 2206689; alternate drain tubes without an O-ring need different planning.
This is the turbocharger hardware package. Fuel-controller hardware, calibration and other supporting components are additional. Match the complete setup before operating the vehicle. Manufacturer restriction: not legal for sale or use in California.
