The Force Turbos XPBT system upgrades the turbo hardware on 2020–2024 Polaris RZR Pro XP models and 2022–2024 Turbo R models. Select the offered two-seat or four-seat configuration to match your vehicle. The system uses a Garrett 2860RS turbo, stainless V-band turbine housing and an external wastegate configured at 16 psi.
The package includes a Dynojet Power Vision 3 with base map, wideband controller, larger injectors, stainless header, aluminum charge tube with Turbosmart blowoff valve, cold-air intake, silicone connections and coolant plumbing. A 3-inch turbo-back pipe with flex bellows is supplied; the muffler is separate.
Clutching is also separate. Match final calibration and fuel delivery to the installed hardware. E85 operation calls for different injector capacity and an appropriate tune. Larger turbo, engine and intake upgrades require their own build specification. For off-road use only.
Orders are accepted by configuration. Contact FastUTV for current availability and lead time.
